Join us for a transformative sound bath experience hosted by master sound bowl practitioner Margie Sanders of Bliss House Yoga and Sound at Cirque Aria in San Antonio. This unique event offers deep relaxation and rejuvenation like nothing you’ve experienced before.
A sound bath uses a variety of instruments, including Tibetan bowls and other healing tools, to create soothing vibrations that help reset your nervous system. As you lie comfortably, these harmonious sounds wash over you, dissolving tension and stress while promoting a deep sense of peace and tranquility.
Whether you’re new to sound baths or a seasoned participant, this session is designed to welcome all.
